Issue: Unable to update or the update button does not show on the app store
Here's how to troubleshoot this issue:
- Restart and clear the cache for both ASTROKINGS and APP STORE apps.
Android:
- Go to Device Settings
- Scroll down and select App
- Select ASTROKINGS/GOOGLE PLAY apps
- Tap Force Stop button
- Tap Clear Cache button
iOS:
- Swipe up the screen or double-tap the Home button
- Select ASTROKINGS/APPLE APP STORE apps
- Swipe up to close the app
If this doesn't work, please contact our support team by creating a ticket. Please include the following when you submit your ticket.
1. Current Commander Info as shown ingame (Galaxy Number, Commander's Info, and Federation Abbreviation)
2. Screenshot/video recording of the issue or error message
3. Current ASTROKINGS version installed on the device
4. Model of the device that you are using to play ASTROKINGS
