If you are using an Android emulator and receive a message such as 'Device not supported', please follow the steps below:

- Check the Android OS version of your emulator. AstroKings only runs on Android 7.0 or higher.

- Delete the current emulator instance completely, then create a new one and sign back into the Google Play Store. This will allow you to download and install the AstroKings app

※ Important Notice

When deleting an emulator instance, the AstroKings app will also be removed.

To avoid losing access to your game account, please make sure your account is properly linked before deleting the instance.

- How to Reinstall an Emulator Instance (Based on LDPlayer)

① In the Multi-Player menu, click the delete button for your existing instance.

② Select 'New Instance' under the Add Instance option.

③ When creating the new instance, check that it uses (recommend Android 9.0 or higher).

④ Launch the new instance and sign in with your Google account again.
