We have confirmed that there was an issue preventing the repair of flagships during the Imperial Federation War on October 5th, 2024.
We have been reviewing all battles and sincerely apologize for the delay in addressing the situation as we examined the details.
▶ Details and Actions for the Flagship Repair Issue in the 'Imperial Federation War'
1. Issue
During the Imperial Federation War held on October 5th, there was an issue where the flagship information screen did not display, preventing repairs.
This issue has been confirmed and is currently being fixed.
We are doing our best to fix it as soon as possible to restore normal service.
2. Measures
2-1. Additional Compensation for All Members of Participating Federations
1) Winning Federation: Additional compensation for defeat
2) Losing Federation: Additional compensation for victory
- We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the inability to repair flagships, and all participating federations will receive victory/defeat rewards.
- Additional rewards will be provided to commanders who received the federation victory/defeat reward mail at the time of the Imperial Federation War on October 5th.
2-2. Compensation for Commanders Who Actively Participated in the Imperial Federation War
- Rewards for all commanders who earned 1 or more individual points
1) Full refund of the ship repair boost used during the Imperial Federation War
2) Additional compensation to make up for any shortfall in federation/individual points up to the maximum victory reward tier
3) Additional payment of the following items:
- Imperial Honor Token x 1,200
- Optional T4 SE Equipment Production Set x 4
- Command Buff Enhance Module x 16
- Black Stone x 200
- Crystal 100 x 20
- These rewards will be calculated based on the difference between the victory rewards and the federation/individual point rewards given during the October 5th Imperial Federation War, regardless of your federation's result.
2-3. Measures Regarding the Imperial Federation War Winner/Loser's Match Scheduled for October 12
1) Cancellation of the Imperial Federation War Winner/Loser's Match scheduled for October 12
2) Winner's rewards for the winner's bracket will be given to all federation members who were eligible for the Winner/Loser's Match.
3) Registered members of the participating federations will receive the maximum federation/individual point rewards given for victory in the winner's bracket.
- Due to the inability to repair flagships, we have determined that it will be difficult to proceed with the Winner/Loser's Match for the Imperial Federation War, originally scheduled for October 12. Therefore, we have canceled the event and will be awarding victory rewards for the winner's bracket to all participating federations.
- Regardless of whether your federation was in the winner's or loser's bracket, you will receive the winner's bracket rewards.
- Please note that federation/individual point rewards will not be provided unless the members are officially registered for participation during the registration phase of the Imperial Federation War Winner/Loser's Match. Ensure that the members eligible for rewards are registered as official participants.
- (Added) The compensation number 2 will be distributed to the members who belong to the eligible federation on October 12, 2024 at 00:00 UTC
- (Added #2) Due to the cancellation of the Imperial Federation War Winner/Loser's Match on October 12, the Imperial Federation War Rankings after October 13 will be determined based on the most recent 5 matches over a period of approximately 3 months.
2-4. Compensation Distribution Schedule
- Rewards will be distributed sequentially, starting from Friday, October 11, to the officially registered federation members.
