Q. Until when can we use the Permanent Galaxy Transfer feature?
A. You can continue to use it after the update on February 28, 2024.
Q. Can we go to any galaxy we want?
A. No, you cannot. You can only transfer from your current galaxy to a designated galaxy.
Q. What if a very strong opponent transfers to our galaxy?
A. Galaxy transfer is conducted by permission, and only commanders authorized by the Tenebris controller of the target galaxy can transfer after applying for galaxy transfer.
Q. I want to know the detailed procedure for applying for a Permanent Galaxy Transfer.
A. Permanent Galaxy Transfer is carried out according to the following steps:
1. Obtain the Permanent Galaxy Transfer Pass item through package purchase, events, etc.
2. Select the desired galaxy for transfer on the Galaxy List screen and apply for "Transfer Galaxy"
3. The Tenebris controller of the target galaxy accepts the transfer request
4. Once the "Transfer Galaxy" button appears on the main screen, click on it
Q. Can I apply for transfer to multiple galaxies at the same time?
A. No. The Permanent Galaxy Transfer feature only allows you to apply for transfer to one galaxy at a time.
Q. I transferred to a new galaxy but I don't like it. Can I return to my original galaxy?
A. You'll need to submit a new galaxy transfer request. Please note that your original galaxy may not be available among the possible transfer options, so careful consideration is advised before transferring.
Q. I've already transferred to a new galaxy, but I want to transfer again.
A. Once you've initiated a galaxy transfer, you cannot transfer again for 30 days. After this period, you can apply for a new galaxy transfer.
Q. How long should I wait to know if my Permanent Galaxy Transfer request has been approved?
A. If the Tenebris controller of the target galaxy does not make a decision within 7 days, the request will be automatically rejected.
Q. My Permanent Galaxy Transfer request has been approved, but I no longer wish to proceed. Can I cancel after approval?
A. Once the transfer to the target galaxy has been approved, it cannot be manually canceled. However, it will be automatically canceled 48 hours after approval.
Q. My Permanent Galaxy Transfer request has been rejected. Will my Permanent Galaxy Transfer Pass item disappear?
A. No, if your Permanent Galaxy Transfer request is rejected, the Permanent Galaxy Transfer Pass item will not be consumed.
Q. I received approval for the galaxy transfer, but pressing the “Transfer Galaxy” button doesn't initiate the transfer.
A. You cannot proceed with the galaxy transfer if you are a member of a federation or if you have deployed fleets.
