Terms of Service Update (Effective on 2021-11-10)


Please refer to the additional provisions and revisions to our Terms of Serv. This will be effective from the 10th of November 2021. 


4. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT AND SERVICES


ANGAMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN INACTIVE FOR 180 DAYS.


• If the account was not accessed for 6 consecutive months, the account will be converted to a dormant account. 

• The commander name of the account that has been converted to dormant account status may be changed to any commander name, and in this case, the company provides an opportunity to use a new commander name. 

• The company may delete the dormant account to prevent the user's account and character from being used for unfair purposes and to provide a smoother service. 

 

Accounts that meet the following conditions will not be deleted:

- Accounts who have achieved level 13 or higher

- Accounts with more than one payment history record


16. RECOVERY POLICY


• Account

- Recovery of guest accounts

- If there is a payment record, one-time account retrieval is possible through identity verification

 

• Item

If you purchase the wrong item from the NPC shop:

1. Recoverable only twice a year per account (Annual basis = January 1 to December 31)

2. Recovery is not possible if the purchase of the item has passed 15 days or more.

3. If the purchased item has been used, it cannot be restored.

4. Items exchanged at the exchange shop cannot be recovered or restored.

 

If you accidentally select or acquire an unwanted item from the optional box:

1. Recoverable only twice a year per account (Annual basis = January 1 to December 31)

2. Recovery is not possible if the selection box has been used and has passed 15 days or more.

3. If the item from the optional box has been used, it cannot be restored..

 

Request to delete existing items that cannot be deleted in-game

1. Item deletion can only be requested twice a year per account (Annual basis = January 1 to December 31)

2. Items that you confirmed to be deleted cannot be restored.

 

• Hero

- In the event that a hero has been accidentally sent to the Council

1. Recovery is possible for S-grade heroes

2. Recoverable only once a year per account (Annual basis = January 1 to December 31)

3. Recovery is not possible if the hero sent to the Council has passed 15 days or more.

 

• Flagship

- In the event that a flagship has been accidentally scrapped

1. Basically, it is impossible to recover a completely scrapped flagship.

2. Upon request to restore the scrapped flagship, it is possible to recover only once a year per account by providing the blueprints to build the flagship. 

* Annual basis = January 1 to December 31

* Only production blueprints to build the flagship are provided, and in the case of collaboration event flagships, it is not possible to issue the production blueprints.


The updated Terms of Service will be effective from the 10th of November 2021. The previous Terms of Service will be replaced by these terms and conditions.
