Game does not work on mobile data connection but works totally fine with wi-fi connection. 

On Android

Here are some ways to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Turn Airplane Mode on and off


- Open your Settings app "Wireless and Networks" or " Connections" tap Airplane Mode. 

- Turn Airplane Mode ON

- Wait for 10 seconds

- Turn Airplane Mode OFF

- Check if the connection problem has been resolved

2. Allow mobile data usage for AstroKings app


- Open Settings and tap Data usage.

- Scroll down to view a list of your Android apps and tap AstroKings

- Turn ON Mobile Data and Background Data

3. Mobile data usage limit

The mobile data usage limit set on your device may not be sufficient to load and run the game. 


- Open Settings and tap Data Usage

- Adjust your Mobile Data Limit

4. Use a VPN app

Note: VPNs, or “virtual private networks,” can be used safely with phones, but there are risks if you don't choose a good, reliable VPN service. We cannot guarantee how these VPN apps will perform. Please do a research before you install any 3rd party app. 

On iOS

 Here are some ways to troubleshoot this issue: 

1. Confirm if Cellular Data has been enabled for AstroKings app

Device Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > AstroKings > Enable

2. Turn your Cellular Data Off then On

Device Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > Disable then Enable

3. Turn your Network Selection Off then On

Device Settings > Cellular > Network Selection > Disable then Enable

4. Reset your Network Settings. 

Device Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. 

Note: This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. If you want to set up the same Network, please take note of the details and access before resetting.
