An issue has been identified where Tenebris Battle Merit Tokens were acquired in excess of the designated limit during the Tenebris event held on March 9, 2024.
To address this matter, we have conducted a thorough investigation across all servers and would like to provide the following measures:
▶ Measures for Excessive Tenebris Battle Merit Token Acquisition
1. Issue
- During the Tenebris event on March 9th, an issue where the acquisition of 'Tenebris Battle Merit Tokens' proceeded normally, but the quantity acquired was not updated on the UI.
- It was possible to acquire 'Tenebris Battle Merit Tokens' in excess of the maximum obtainable amount during the aforementioned occurrence.
※ The issue of excessive acquisition of 'Tenebris Battle Merit Tokens' was resolved simultaneously with the correction of the UI updating issue.
2. Measures
- Retrieval of the acquired tokens exceeding the maximum acquisition limit of 500,000 'Tenebris Battle Merit Tokens' items will be processed
- Retrieval of items obtained with the tokens, in cases where the tokens have already been used
- Further measures will be taken if the items acquired with tokens were already used
