 1. The 'Free Spin' count for the 'Tetra Roulette Machine' event resets at 00:00 UTC.

 2. 'Tetra Roulette Tokens' can only be used for the 'Tetra Roulette Machine' event.

 3. 'Tetra Roulette Tokens' can be reused in the next 'Tetra Roulette Machine' event after the event ends.

 4. 'Roulette Mileage' can be received only once during the event period, and event progress information resets when the event ends.

 5. 'Tetra Roulette Tokens' can be additionally acquired through the 'Tetra Roulette Token' package.

 6. Heroes obtained through the 'Tetra Roulette Machine' event will not display the limited appearance package.

5. Changes to the Basic Flagship Production Conditions

- Flagship production facility level conditions for some basicflagships will be changed.

- The 'Ishtar Promotion Blueprint' item is no longer required for the production of the Ishtar flagship.

- The required resources and time for producing the Ishtar flagship will be reduced.

6. Imperial Federation War Matching System Improvements

- Improvements will be made to the criteria for matching in the Imperial Federation War, considering the national power and consecutive matches of the same federation.

6-1. Introduction of Matching Score System

- The matching criteria will be altered to use the 'Matching Score' based on the total national power of registered members.

- Members with higher national power will receive a higher bonus in the 'Matching Score'.

- If the number of registered members, including reserve members, exceeds 20, only the top 20 members based on higher national power will be considered for the matching score.

- The displayed federation national power information on the matching screen will remain the same as before to minimize strategic exposure with the opponent.

6-2. Prevention of Consecutive Matches with the Same Federation

- The federation matched in the previous Imperial Federation War will not be matched with consecutively.

- However, in case there is a scarcity of targets with a similar matching score, we seek your understanding that consecutive matches might occur.

7. Notice of 2023 Prestige Shop Closure

The 2023 Prestige Shop will close on December 19, 2023 at 23:50 UTC.

When the '2023 Prestige Shop' closes, please note that '2023 Prestige Tokens' will no longer be usable. Additionally, we look forward to introducing a new Prestige Shop next year.

8. Others

- Changes in the position of the battleship and frigate will be applied for 'Rail Gun Snipe' formation

- Full discontinuation of Game Center integration support for iOS platform

- Some modifications will be made to the initial battle scene during account creation

- Various text and errors will be corrected
