It has been confirmed that there were some abnormalities during the Tenebris battle that took place on February 11, 2023.
We have checked all servers, and we apologize for the delay in taking action while checking the details.
▶Information and actions that were taken in relation to the Tenebris battle issue
1. Occurrence
- An issue in which the occupation information of Tenebris and satellites did not update normally during the Tenebris Battle held on February 11th.
(Due to this issue, Tenebris and satellites did not work normally or battles did not proceed.)
The cause of the issue has now been confirmed and corrected.
2. Measures
2-1. Neutral action of Tenebris and its satellites
- Unable to confirm the winning federation due to the issue during the Tenebris Battle, so Tenebris and satellite control of each server was canceled.
2-2. Server-wide compensation for the February 11 Tenebris Battle issue
- Rewards for all commanders
1) Black Stone x 300
2) Tenebris Battle Victory Merit Token x 10
- Additional rewards for commanders who participated in the Tenebris Battle on February 11, 2023
1) (E.M.U.) Code-0 Battle Support Box x 1
※ Regardless of whether or not the Tenebris points were obtained, commanders who deployed their fleet at least once by Tenebris or satellite on February 11 (including participation in rally attacks) are counted as participating.
2-3. All server Tenebris Battle will be reopened on February 18, and galaxy 39 trade planet occupation schedule change

On February 18, during the re-opening of the Tenebris Battle, galaxy 39’s trade planet occupation will be postponed to prevent overlapping events.
