After the maintenance on March 30, 2022, several commanders using iOS devices in Germany, France, Spain, and other regions have reported that the game loading stops at 1% and cannot proceed to access the game.


As we are working to confirm the exact details of the issue, the game accounts, and server status are confirmed to be normal. We have also coordinated this matter with Apple's technical support team to check the details related to the issue. 


For commanders who cannot access the game through an iOS device in some regions, we recommend playing the game through an Android device or PC emulator until the issue is resolved.


※ Commanders who have difficulty playing the game through an Android device or PC emulator, please submit a ticket with detailed information. After verifying the account's data, a planet protection buff will be applied until the disconnection problem is resolved.


(Required Information: Galaxy Number, Commander Name, Your Region, Device Model, and iOS version)

Note: If your Commander Name includes special characters, upper/lower case letters, numbers, please include them when you submit your commander information.
