During the Tenebris battle on the 20th of November, it was confirmed that the points were not awarded accordingly due to the destruction and usage of ships.
We are checking the entire server, and once the verification is completed, compensation will be provided.
▶ Details related to the Tenebris issue and compensation
- Occurrence: During the Tenebris battle, tier 12 and 13 ship owners did not receive the battle points due to the destruction and usage of ships.
The following two types of rewards will be given to commanders who participated in the Tenerbris battle in 2021.
- Reward: After checking the details of the Tenebris battle, 'Tenebris Battle Merit Token' will be given in proportion to the unpaid points (up to 500,000 tokens)
- Additional Reward 1 : 100,000 'Tenebris Battle Merit Token'will be given to all commanders who have acquired 1 point or more in the Tenebris battle.
- Additional Reward 2 : 100,000 additional 'Tenebris Battle Merit Token' was sent to commanders through in-game mail for the inconvenience caused by the issue related to the Tenbris battle event.
※ Note
- The 'Tenebris Battle Merit Token' will be sent directly to the inventory, not the in-game mail, after verifying the data.
(It would take about a day to check the entire history, and is expected to be provided on the 23rd of November 2021.)
