Hello ASTROKINGS Commanders,
This is SUNNY, Project Director of ASTROKINGS.
The hopeful new year of 2021 has come.
First of all, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for the support you have given to our second collaboration event ASTROKINGS x LEGEND OF THE GALACTIC HEROES.
Today, I want to share the plans that we're preparing with our development team for 2021.
There are three major updates for ASTROKINGS for the year 2021.
1. Integrated Universe
Currently, the world of ASTROKINGS is divided into galaxies, but this year, a new space called [Inter Space] will create an opportunity for fleets of the entire universe to gather in one place.
[Inter Space] is not an event that is held in a short period but this is a space of infinite competition that will achieve constant and permanent integration of the entire universe.
All commanders could try to advance into this space when they are strong enough to compete. And powerful rewards and honors will be given as you face the strongest enemies.
2. A Universe created by Users
Since [Inter Space] is a larger space where the top commanders gather, it will be difficult to be influenced by the power of one or two federations.
To gain supremacy in this space, you may need to unite and coordinate with other galactic forces or require more advanced coalition tactics and command.
Our development team plans to support appropriate systemic mechanisms (such as voting system or user-to-user transaction system) while minimizing unnecessary constraints to ensure that these things can be done as freely as possible.
In addition, regarding the integration of galaxies that are less than a certain population, we're contemplating how users' choices can be more involved in the management's decisions.
3. Global Popular Games
ASTROKINGS achieved over 2 million downloads last year and we thank our commanders' interest and support.
However, despite the efforts of the development team, we are very sorry that we have not been able to narrow down the variation in the number of users by region. We will do everything we can to create a more exciting and competitive environment.
This is the outline of major developments for ASTROKINGS in 2021 that we are planning.
[Inter Space] is so vast that it occupies most of the annual update plan, so we promise to do our best to make it an update that does not go against the expectations of our commanders.
We will strive harder to make AstroKings better by continuously listening to our commanders' opinions.
Lastly, we plan to introduce a new normal ship enhancement reset function through an update soon, so we ask for your interest and support.
