Tenebris Battle Compensation
Hello Commanders,
Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced due to the issue with the event points and token acquisition during the Tenebris Battle on 08/01.
An issue with the Tenebris Battle Merit Token has been confirmed and our team has checked the logs of our commanders who participated in the Tenebris Battle.
The compensations were given based on the following:
Tenebris Battle Participant
Reward 1: Calculated and compensated the number of tokens based on the actual points obtained
Reward 2: One EMU Code-0 Battle Support Box is given to all participants
For reference, additional 2,000 Crystals were given to all Commanders after today's maintenance for the trouble that was experienced due to this issue.
