We'll be sharing the details about the Dimension Rift issue.
Issue: An issue occurred that the reward cannot be obtained if the dimension rift was disconnected.
Compensation: Dimension Shift Catalyst Pack x 5
As we verified the issue, we immediately worked on correcting the problem. However, the process will take some time to complete and apply the fix for this issue.
Until the issue has been resolved, we would need to inform our commanders to refrain from entering the Dimension Rift battle (General) as it is still unstable. We will be posting a notice once the issue has been fixed. Please note that you might experience an issue with the rewards if you enter the Dimension Rift battle.
