On our recent maintenance (03/17 PDT), an issue occurred regarding the Upgrade button for Command Center. The button does not appear when you open your Command Center.
Our team is already working to fix this issue and we will be submitting a new patch file to both platforms for review and approval.
Due to the review and approval process for both platforms (iOS and Android), it may take up to 1 day for the patch to be available on your app store.
We will post a notice once the patch update has been released.
