To report users who are violating our community policies, please follow the steps below:
[Chat Message]
1. On your Chat Window, tap the Commander's Portrait of the user that you wanted to report.
2. This will open the user's information. Select the Report button.
3. Select the type of offense the user violated.
4. Tap the Report button to send the report.
[Direct Mesage]
1. On the user's message, tap the Report button located at the top part of the message.
2. Tap the OK button to confirm the action.
To stop seeing chat messages from a certain user, you could use the Block feature:
1. On your Chat Window, tap the Commander's Portrait of the user that you wanted to report.
2. This will open the user's information. Select the Block button.
To unblock the user:
1. On your Chat Window, tap the Block button located beside the Faction tab.
2. Tap the 'X' icon beside the user's name.
