I didn't receive my purchased item
In the rare case that your transaction was handled but you didn't receive your item, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue and, if necessary and possible, add the missing items to your game account as soon as possible.
We will need the following information from you:
1. Explain briefly what happened after you completed the transaction.
2. Send us the digital receipt of the purchase. You should be receiving this receipt from your store via email shortly after your purchase. Please include the order number and purchase details when you take a screenshot of the receipt.
In case you cannot find the receipt for the purchase in your e-mail, you can find the same receipt in your purchase history.
How to view the purchase history on Android?
- Go to pay.google.com.
- Find Other purchase activity.
- Select View purchases.
- Select an order to see your receipt.
