For some players, a device compatibility error message may appear in the Google Play Store, even though the game should support the device in question. Google is currently investigating this issue.
Should this happen to you, for now, Google suggests clearing the Google Play Store's data from your device, and then trying to install ASTROKINGS. To clear the Google Play Store data, please follow the steps below:
- Go to your device's Settings menu
- Navigate to Application Manager (this may also be listed as "Apps" or "Applications" depending on your device and operating system)
- Tap on All
- Locate Google Play Store, and tap on it
- Tap on Clear Data
- Try installing/updating ASTROKINGS
If this does not help, you can also try reinstalling the Google Play Store app. Again, navigate to the Google Play Store under your device's Application Settings menu (as above), but select Uninstall Updates, then try installing or updating ASTROKINGS.
